Shipping rates
All our shipping rates include tracking. Your order should be posted through your letterbox so there's no need to worry about missing your delivery. If this is not possible, the courier may leave your order with a neighbour or in a designated safe place. You can see more details and make changes to your delivery via your tracking link.

Express delivery - £1.99

Important information
- When you order any items from us you will receive a confirmation email for your order. A second email will be sent with your tracking number and link once your order has been shipped.
- All delivery timeframes start the day after your order is placed with us. The timeframes listed are in business days. Shipping delays may occasionally occur, particularly during high order volumes. However, we always aim to deliver your item(s) as quickly as possible.
- You may receive your order in separate packages if you order multiple items.
- CARLUMO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Ensure you keep all packaging and items for the claims process.
- We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
I haven't received an order confirmation, what can I do?
- Some email providers will filter out emails to your junk/spam folder. If it's in your junk/spam folder, mark it as "Not junk/spam". If not, check that the email used at checkout was correct.
- If it is not in your junk/spam folder and you have not received it after a few minutes please contact us.
How can I track my item?
- When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email followed by another email when your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking code.
- You can track your order directly from the link in the email or copy and paste the code into the courier's tracking website.
My order is late, what can I do?
- All delivery timeframes are based on the day after an order is placed. We will always aim to get your order sent out as quickly as possible.
- Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to high order volumes or courier delays.
- We'll notify you in the rare case that there are delays. If your order still isn't with you after 5 days, please contact us.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
- If your order hasn't arrived after 5 days of being dispatched, please contact us.
Why is there no delivery to my country?
- Currently, CARLUMO only ships to the United Kingdom.
